Developer Austin Coleman is turning Bayville’s most picturesque location into a community center. At least, that’s the official story. Chamber of Commerce President-Elect Henri Beauchamp has been pressed into getting answers to hard questions. But when Coleman is found flat in the center of a new square of concrete, he has real motivation to put his state certificate to use.
