Retired Army Colonel Drake has taken on another insurance case. Ronald “Lep-O” Dunne died working aboard the Debra Anne. The wife’s family has filed a wrongful death claim. All Drake has to do is gather statements from the crew. A few surprises await Drake … like that the captain is Lep-O’s father-in-law … and that the Debra Anne has left port with him still on it. Pressed into service, Drake has to look into his crew mates while working on a cold and unforgiving sea.
