Mysteries to Die For podcast started as a creative outlet for the mother-son team during COVID. The project has grown to feature original stories written by some fantastic storytellers while staying true to our original concept of stories set to original music. We are amazed and humbled to be entering our 9th season. Our podcast is a labor of love. Funds we earn through anthology sales and Toe Tag reviews to toward paying our authors and contributing the costs of podcasting. We hope you love the storytelling, puzzle solving, and music as much as we do. So who are we?

Meet TG Wolff

Like you, I’m not one thing. I’m a writer, an engineer, a wife, and a mother. What is first on the list depends on the day. I have always loved puzzles. It doesn’t matter the form. This is why I was attracted to engineering. Engineers solve problems, where “problem” is just a fancy word for puzzle. Why is there sewage in the river? How come the wall fell down? I love the words WHY, HOW, and WHAT IF. After 30+ years as an engineer, I still love going to work each day.

Mysteries were the first genre I read because I wanted to read. I should be embarrassed to say this, but I did not finish a book throughout my entire school education. It wasn’t until I found something able to hold my attention that I began to read voraciously. I still read very narrowly. Mysteries and Thriller. Romantic Suspense. Paranormal (who doesn’t love a good vampire story?!)

Meet Jack Wolff

Jack Wolff is a Ball State University student studying Media Production and Music Recording. He is the co-creator and co-host of Mysteries to Die For podcast where he is the producer and piano player. Additionally, he has written a number of short stories for the show. When he’s not podcasting, he is teaching marching percussion to high schoolers, writing and shooting films for his own enjoyment, or playing with his psychopathic border collie puppy.

About the Podcast

This is a podcast where we combine storytelling with original music to put you in the heart of a mystery. All stories are structured to challenge you to beat the detective to the solution. Jack and I perform these live, front to back, no breaks, no fakes, no retakes.
